The Chapter 4 Test has been pushed back for B-Day classes. Instead of the original testing date of Monday, 11/4, the Chapter 4 test for B-Day students will be on Wednesday, 11/6. A-Day students will still take their test of the original date of Tuesday, 11/5.
Student's home learning assignment on Monday, 10/28 & Tuesday, 10/29 is a chapter 4 word splash activity. There are 10 vocabulary words on one side of the paper, and the word splash graphic organizer on the other. Students are required to fill the words on the back into the 10 boxes on the graphic organizer. From there, words are to be connected to each other based on a common relationship/concept. The explanation for the common relationship should be written on the line connecting the 2 words. For example, the Magna Carta can be connected to Limited Government because the Magna Carta established the idea of limited government. Each word should have at least 2 connections.
This assignment will be due on Wednesday, 10/30 (A-Day) & Thursday, 10/31 (B-Day). Students attending driftwood on these days will be required to turn in their assignment on Monday, 11/4 (B-Day) & Tuesday, 11/5 (A-Day).
