Class Update

• Scholarship Warnings went home on Monday, 2/10 (A-Day) and Tuesday, 2/11 (B-Day).  All students with below a 75% should have received one.  Students that attended the Spanish field trip on Tuesday will receive theirs on Thursday, 2/13.  For the students that did receive their warnings- they will be due with a parent signature on Wednesday, 2/12 (A-Day) and Thursday, 2/13 (B-Day).  
• Periods 3A & 7B will be presenting their projects on Wednesday, 2/12 (3A) & Thursday, 2/13 (7B).  This is a 100 point group project that the students have been working on in class the past week.  Along with the 10-minute powerpoint or prezi presentation, students need to remember to provide the following:
• Set of handouts/guided notes for the class to work on to practice what they've learned.
• One copy of a quiz covering the information presented (10-15 questions).
• A brief summary/reflection of what was learned about our state government and how you and each member of your group did on the project.
• Periods 1A, 2A, 5B & 8B were given a worksheet with 2 graphic organizers on Florida's Legislative & Executive branches.  This worksheet will be due on Wednesday, 2/12 & Thursday, 2/13.
